  I was a past employee at this Sears and now an average consumer like the rest of you. This company has undergone a lot to deal with over the years but the employees are what make this specific location valuable. At times, the daily operations run on a skeleton crew but this location believes in the older values that made Sears what it was in the beginning. Rather than send products out for service, the Merchandise Pick-up team will often try to resolve and fix your product before sending it out to be serviced.

  they must pick up employees off the corners pan handling. Workers have no knowledge of anything they sell or any clue in customer service. I’ll shop online for now on and deal with a keyboard. Place is horrible
