  I'm sorry but I can't recommend this store. The sales associate rushed me through my purchase at one point actually asking me and my husband to decide what we were going to buy. The associate was not very knowledgeable about the mattress or the delivery. I had to ask her to show me a cross section of the mattress and spring system. We asked if the delivery men would attach our new base to our old head board. She said yes. The delivery men wouldn't do it because they only attach to mattress firm head boards.Also the brackets to attach the frame to the headboard were missing because the associate was supposed to order them at the time of ordering the frame and didn't. I called the store to complain. The manager said he'd send another delivery crew to attach the frame. They also wouldn't do it because as I said above they only attach frames to mattress firm head boards. I called the manager again. He never returned my call not even to apologize for the confusion.My husband and I had to do it ourselves. I am in the process of exchanging the mattress I purchased for another one because it is not comfortable and I believe if I had dealt with a more knowledgeable associate I would have gotten the correct mattress the first time. I went to another store to look for an exchange mattress and got excellent service. I think this company has good mattresses just make sure you have a knowledgeable sales associate. I can highly recommend the Hyannis store.
