  So I bought a couple ps3 games at the beginning of the month, more than 7 days, and wanted to trade them in toward a ps4 instead. I called ahead to ask if I could bring in the games for an equivalent exchange, because I still has the receipt. I was very clear over the phone with the fact that it was past the 7 day return but not past the 30 day exchange and the employee I talked with told me that I would be able to do that. So I brought the games in with the receipt and THE SAME GUY I talked to on the phone told me that I couldn't do it because the 7 day return was up. I'm sure it was a miscommunication over the phone but then again I was very clear with what I was explaining, I guess Jeremy's incompetence got the better of him. Very disappointed.
